Keep your jewellery shining for longer
Gold-plated and imitation jewellery stays beautiful for years with a little care.
- Last on, first off: put jewellery on after perfume, hairspray and lotion, and take it off before bathing, swimming or exercising.
- Keep it dry: moisture and sweat dull the finish. Wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Store separately: keep each piece in its pouch or box so pieces don't scratch or tangle.
- Avoid air and humidity: an airtight zip pouch with a silica gel sachet prevents tarnishing.
- No harsh cleaners: never use chemical cleaners or polishing creams on plated jewellery.
- Stones and kundan: don't soak pieces with stones; gently dust them with a soft brush instead.
