Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes. Availability is shown at checkout.

Delays and failed deliveries

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or other events outside our control. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will usually try again; if the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.

Damaged packages

If the package looks tampered with or damaged at delivery, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
