Shipping

- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
- Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes.
- You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please share an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
